这家民宿本来想定2-3晚，改了行程后只能住1晚，不得不说品质是真的好，有厨房可以做饭，床品一流，非常干净，老板父子人也超好👍

Siamo arrivati al Civico 16A più tardi di quanto in precedenza comunicato, ma l’host Filippo si è mostrato subito disponibile e cordiale. Ci ha accolti con entusiasmo e, nonostante la tarda ora, ci ha dispensato di tanti consigli utili. Valore aggiunto: posteggio privato.

Il Signor Filippo è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile sin da subito. L'alloggio è ampio, curato, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e in una posizione tranquilla ma strategica. Plus davvero da pochi: posto auto interno e riservato. Sarò un piacere tornarci e lo consiglio vivamente

ottima sistemazione, appartamento nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. il titolare Filippo di grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha attesi per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha dato consigli su cosa mangiare e vedere in zona, su dove andare a cenare, sul percorso in moto da fare per proseguire al meglio il soggiorno in Sardegna. Moto custodite in corte privata. TOP. Consiglio vivamente.

"Perfect choice for stay next to Cagliari"

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, with all necessary amenities from all kitchen equipment to a parking space. Everything was fresh, clean and so well prepared! Fillipo and his son are amazing hosts, they helped us out with arriving late and with many tips about the trip :) and great bakery just next door. We were only wishing we could stay at their place longer! I totally recommend staying there while traveling around Sardinia.

We only stayed for one night but our host was very helpful like we are staying there for longer, he really wanted to show us everything and he even carried our suitcases from the car. Parking was great only a minute walk inside gated door.

Big and clean apartment with absolutely everything you need, including coffee and simple breakfast items and beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Very kind host, possibility of late checkin. We really enjoyed staying here.

Parking can be a challenge in the evenings and you have to sometimes circle the surrounding streets to find street parking which is free.
