Central location.

Being near the centre of the historic centre of York the location suited us perfectly. The living area and the two bedrooms were spacious and modern.

The living area was a bit dark and we needed to put the lights on even during the day.

It was quiet

The sofa was uncomfortable

Very close to the city center, You're usually at most at a 15 minutes walk to the flat. Very quiet at night. No staircase and only one or two steps to get to the flat. 5 minutes walk to a Sainsbury express, and 10 minutes to a full size M&S grocery store. 2 large rooms.

Smallish kitchen, flimsy kitchen table and chairs.

Good location. Clean.

Not enough cutlery for 4 people. But that was not a big deal. Only windows are in the bedrooms.
