Upstay - 18-guest Mansion w Pool Games Cinema

WORST vacation rental I’ve experienced! Began with a security deposit that I wasn’t notified of until the night before my stay; despite reaching out to them a week before check-in. Upon pulling up to the property, there was trash in the front yard! All of the carpet was WET and DIRTY; a last minute attempt to clean it. One of my guests fell pretty hard. We weren’t notified that the floors were wet. Beds were unleveled. Barstools were wobbly and one broke with a guest sitting in it. While the maintenance guy did come out much of my “vacation” was spent with many text messages back and forth with the co-host. Expedia hasn’t been much help either. Shame on them too!!
