Please contact host before resetting it. Please do not change the weekly settings on the thermostat. Please keep heat temperatures between 62 and 76 degrees and AC temperatures between 70-75 degrees. Anything below or above these will result in a $100 fine due to the humidity levels in the house. FILM CREW/VIDEOGRAPHERS/PRODUCTION CREW - must contact host for permission to film, provide insurance and permits. A deposit may be required at the property.
