I can’t underscore enough that staying here is a very BAD idea. This home is cleaned really poorly. It’s impossible to sleep in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms. But, worst of all, there is absolutely no interest in management to talk with their clients to help workout any issues. About an hour after entering the home, we emailed the renters regarding several cleaning issues. We found the house very dirty in all areas of the kitchen: door/ drawer pulls, and kitchen cabinet doors - inside and out. The counter had many visible stains, as did the backsplash behind the sink and stove. Most bedroom, bathroom and closet doors also had stains. The home felt unclean and having to be there from Thursday until Sunday morning felt unpleasant and uncomfortable. We slept poorly, due to fright trains passing throughout the night sounding their horns non-stop. There are roosters living in the rental’s rear neighboring property. The roosters started crowing at 3:40 am, crowing first at the trains, then crowing at intervals well into the morning. By Saturday, seeing management hadn’t answered our first email, we wrote again after we took a folded towel from the bathroom to dry our hands to find it covered in big red stains. Again, no response. Frustrated by the lack of sleep and lack of response from management, we wrote again, telling them that sleep was impossible in the rear bedrooms of the house- among which the master bedroom is found. We left the apartment on Sunday, it’s Tuesday and no one has written back regarding our 3 emails.

We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip.
