Endroit calme et agréable

Ben la machine à laver qui n’a jamais laver correctement et laisse la lessive sur le linges et surtout qui ne faisait pas l’essorage, malgré que j’ai écrit et autre … aucun retour très décevant quand vous êtes en vacances et que vous avez les serviettes de plage et vêtements pour profiter de vêtements propre Pas vraiment contente car j’avais choisi le logement justement car il bénéficier de machine à lave et sèche linge !! Mais vu qu’il n’y a pas de personnel sur place à part un gardien de nuit …

La casa era spettacolare dotata di tutto, triplo bagno, cucina, lavatrice e con piscina in comune, stanza ampie, comode e arredate con gusto, parcheggio all'esterno con telecamere e a una 15 di minuti a piedi dal centro.

Mooi volledig appartement, lekker ruim

Appartement was niet echt schoon bij aankomst (vloer was vies, de haren van de vorige gasten zaten nog op de badmat). Hierover contact gehad met de conciërge, maar die heeft hier uiteindelijk niks aan gedaan, en reageerde amper op onze berichten. Ook ontbrak het koffiezetapparaat, na veel aandringen is deze uiteindelijk een dag later nog gebracht. Het contact met de conciërge en de manier waarop er op onze klachten werd gereageerd (als dat al werd gedaan), was wat ons betreft beneden standaard.

Il gestore non è intervenuto per nessun problema segnalato, ci ha dato codice sbagliato lasciandoci fuori alle 4 di mattina ( siamo entrati solo quando è uscito qualcuno) non si è scusato e mi ha mandato altri 2 codici x provare ad aprire durante il soggiorno

Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with our stay. We were sent incorrect Google coordinates and ended up at the wrong location. Communication was poor, and our questions often went unanswered. The apartment was not properly cleaned — the towels were dirty, and there was hair in the bed. We also experienced several issues during our stay: the Wi-Fi stopped working one morning, and the air conditioning stopped functioning in the middle of the night. The area felt uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, a rooster was crowing throughout the entire night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.
