Fresh. 5-10 minutes walk to lift in city centre.

The check in process where the person who were supposed to meet us weren’t there in person and we had to find out ourselves where the key were situated.

Location is great, very short walk to the main gondala along with chair lifts that take you right up to the slopes.

It was annoying to get charged extra for bed sheets, towels and pillow cases. Whilst I was later told that this is mentioned in the description of the property - its a hidden cost because I doubt anyone reads that you need to pay for this separately.

No corkscrew or grater for Parmesan . Would expect both of these in Italy !

Short walk to lifts and main street. Nice terrace (deep in snow so unusable).

Terrible lighting in the entire flat. Just one feeble lamp in the bedroom, and not actually operated by a light switch (that's a first, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments). No bed side lights. Poor lighting in sitting room, very dim and dismal, impossible to read. Bathroom a disgrace for the price, extremely old fashioned and smelly, tiny shower tray that was clogged with hair when we arrived.

Location was central, clean.

A few missing touches, no chopping board or grater.
