The location is superb, just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The kitchen had all the basic supplies we needed, including olive oil, salt and sugar, plus things to cook and eat with. The host was very easily reachable whenever we had any questions regarding the apartment. They were also very accommodating, allowing us to check in early so we could rest before exploring beautiful Tirano.

Nothing we did not like, just note that the apartment is on a second floor and there are some stairs that need to be climbed, which presented a small (but very manageable) challenge for elderly guests.

Very close to station. Plenty of room and a very nice apartment with all requirements. Comfortable bed and balcony a little bonus. Owner provided lots of information and clear instructions on how to find apartment and keys.

Several flights of stairs is always a challenge with luggage. Booking.com should clearly state when there is NO LIFT.

We loved the location, the room was clean, comfortable, and the views from the bedroom were amazing!!!!!!!!!! The bed was so comfortable I almost cried when leaving. The washing machine was perfect!!!!!! The drying rack was perfect! The terrace was cute. It’s so close to the train station. We loved this place! We like soft beds and this one was so soft! The walls were well insulated. The bed well insulated. Plenty of storage space. Wall plug ins worked. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The owner was very cordial and answered all questions.

The shower is VERY tiny. I have long hair and couldn’t wash my hair in there. We spent two nights and the towels smelt like Doritos. They only gave us two towels for those two nights.

Good location, near to the train stations for Bernina express and trains to Milan and Lecco (for connection to Bergamo.) Comfy bed with smart TV and Netflix access. Pellet heater which is great for cold evenings. Well equipped kitchen so we could cook our own meal with food we bought from supermarket a short walk away.

TV was in bedroom rather than living space. One in the living space would have been better. Too many messages re checking in, checking out and which had to translate ourselves into English. Also messages re identity documents which although had been provided we were asked for again, although the host did apologise.
