SummerSeas #47 - Top floor sea view apartment

The property was conveniently located with amazing views of the water and the dolphins were kind enough to put the n a number of performances for us to enjoy from the balcony. The communication was excellent including when there was a distraction to power across the whole area, we were kept informed with the same information as permanent residents

The car park is under going some works so we had to change where we were parking a couple of times but it was always in the underground car park for the apartments so it wasn’t really much of an issue

Lovely location right on the beach.

The location is amazing, the only accommodation in PE that has access straight to the beach, and so convenient. Watching dolphins was amazing from the balcony. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. The host was very good at communicating power cut news, and to answer questions, very adaptable for unforeseen disaster regarding the electricity, there was back up measures in place.

Property in parts needs renovation, scuffed furniture, kitchen cupboards veneer peeling, just generally a bit tired. Whilst we were at the apartment, on two occasions electricity pylons were damaged and there was only electricity for 6 hours in a day 3am -6am and 3pm to 6pm. The host had no control over these events and had an inverter which ran portable lights, you could not watch tv as there was no WiFi. You could boil a kettle on gas plate, but couldn’t make toast for breakfast. The most inconvenient part was the lack of Wi-Fi . But this was in no way avoidable by the host.

Check in was a bit surprising with not being able to park on the designated parking due to renovations at the complex, but the host was amazing in making alternate arrangements for us.

I like everything about the property. The view was amazing. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Peaceful and quiet night sleep. The security guards were very helpful, giving us all the information on the in, out and around the property.
