The property was in very good order and only minutes from a bus stop which was very handy to get in and out of the town centre. There was ample room to move about in the house, no clutter. Everything was provided for and the bed was extremely comfortable. We only used the one bedroom. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe - a plus in my book. Kitchen was of a good size with everything you required to make a meal (if you wished to) or just to sit and relax with a takeaway. Bathroom light and airy and had good working extractor fan and an excellent shower. Lighting was good and also good sized mirror. Toiletries supplied. Towels supplied. Hairdryer supplied. Plenty of mirrors throughout the property. There was also a loo downstairs, very handy if someone is in the shower. Lovely decor throughout and set time for heating. Exceedingly clean property. Michael was the perfect host and was in contact to check all was as expected. TIP: If ordering a taxi always mention it is St Josephs Court off Foxwood as apparently there is another one on the other side of town.

Not a game changer just my own observation but when dark it was a little difficult to get the key in the front door lock...perhaps a sensor light would help? Blind in kitchen had fallen down at some stage and not been re-hung.

Bright, exceptionally clean, perfect for relaxing. Lovely table in kitchen to enjoy home made meals.

Although it's advertised for 6 it's fitted out for 4 . Kitchen table had 4 chairs, 3 seater sofa plus 1 chair in sitting room. Phoned management company on day of arrival who knew about the rubbish and said they dont normally have large groups [there was 5 of us including 2 children] House was not in a very clean state with also 3 full recycling bins outside back door and both wheelie bins out front overflowing and this was on arrival. We managed to dispose of our rubbish during our week's stay . Garden furnishing consisted of rotting wooden bench/table covered in moss so didn't sit outside.

Location was excellent. Problem with cooker dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

The house was really well located in a quiet sreet with a bus stop very close by and easy access to the A64. The property had everything we needed for a family of 4 staying for a full week. Clear instructions about checking in and out.

The house was clean and comfortable. The fact that the house is one minute away from the bus stop into town is a huge bonus.

The garden hasn’t been maintained so it can’t be used which is a shame. It is not obvious how to use the extractor fan in the kitchen, instructions would be helpful.

The duvets would have been better if they were summer weight. The bench in the garden had a nail sticking out. There were three recycling crates in the garden full of cans etc.

Very clean and cosy, and perfect for plug-in hybrid or EV cars!

The mattresses could be a little better, but nothing deal breaker. The top floor was a little loud. The grass could be cut more often perhaps.
