Beautiful Remodeled Home 3 BD 1 BTH w Hot Tub

This place was exceptionally clean…EVERYTHING in this older home has been remodeled. With all new appliances, cabinets, flooring, etc. king bed was memory foam. We stayed in the spring (colder) so did not use the outdoor areas much. But the back y@rd is fully fenced and great for kicking around soccer balls or whatever. My only caution is the bathroom is smallish. Although we were just a couple, gone most all of the day, I would think it would be great for a family. The full kitchen, although not ‘gourmet’ is capable of full meal/serving for 8 or more. It’s very easy access to I-90 and extremely quiet. Minutes from downtown Spokane.

Cute home, decorated nicely. Well stocked kitchen for our needs. Very responsive hosts. Loved the hot tub!

A little difficulty upon entry, but the hosts were prompt and corrected the issue. The front door lock didn't engage upon exit so we left through the back door.

The house was perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The hot tub and spacious backyard were a huge bonus. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and easily slept six adults. We loved being able to share our photos on the TV each evening to laugh at the day's antics. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to the interstate, main roads, and grocery stores. The hosts were exceptional; not only did they allow early check-in when my airplane arrived early, but they provided hiking recommendations and were very prompt in all of their correspondence.

While the house easily slept six the dining table was only for four people. While they had a kitchen counter to sit at, we could not all sit together and enjoy a meal as the counter has their backs to the table. There was a comfortable table outside; however, the umbrella needed was heavy and so close to the house we could not use it for shade.
