Era pulita, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a a trovarla, il Host non rispondeva alla fine con qualche difficoltà ci siamo aggiustati e sistemati li.

Il divano nel soggiorno quando lo abbiamo aperto era rotto e sistemato con lo scotch quindi non era una cosa successa al ultimo

The property was comfortable indeed, clean and quiet, totally adequate for a family stay such as ours. With a couple of pizzerias just down the road and Loano town centre about 3min drive. (Parking may be a hassle at times) However, Pietra ligure, finale ligure and the surrounding locations are also worth visiting. Even though we faced some minor hiccups over our first night, we definitely recommend the accommodation.

The orientations were not totally accurate and perhaps need to be reviewed (personal opinion of course) clear orientations in regards to the main gate, parking spot, heating ...would arguably be necessary in my view. PS: we experienced an electricity issue and we didn't know where to find the power cabinet to restore the power. we didn't get any feedback from the contact person and we had to figure that out ourselves almost at midnight (power cabinets located within the building underground outside the apartment.. the labelling wasn't great neither) However, the contact person apologized for the troubles in the morning.
