GBThis property is extremely tired and in need of a massive overhaul, borderline dirty with how much attention it needs. The carpets are filthy, stained and dirty, nothing like the pictures. The shower took an hour to come through hot. The hosts although responsive were very firm that you have to sign a ridiculous rental agreement in case of damages despite booking through here, which is an additional admin task that just isn't needed. When I didn't want to sign them, I asked for a refund and was refused as it was too close to the check in date, so had to sign or lose the full amount. If the property had been really well done and decent, it would be understandable however the state of the place leaves much to be desired... I can't imagine guests being able to make it much worse!

Everything, the dishes was not washed and put in the draws, there was leftover bottles in the bed. Dust mites was in the living room chair. I recommend anyone not to book this apartment

Hall carpets badly stained, no cleaning products, tea-towels etc. Towels not much better than kitchen roll. More student flat than holiday let. Disappointed overall in the property.I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Bedding smelt stale or used. Half plates/bowls and cutlery dirty. Bedside lights not plugged in, no sockets! Mattresses thin, saggy and uncomfortable. No bedroom storage, half collapsed plastic thing. Sole sofa small and uncomfortable. Paint coming off walls in bathroom. Shower-bath had hairs in, clearly not cleaned. Rear view is of unkempt garden strewn with rubbish.
GBWe liked the location, big spacious rooms. Very comfortable soft beds.
Seemed like staying in student digs, big areas of lino on floor, needed rugs. . Bathroom was scruffy and badly fitted. Lots of rules about noise , there is no proper sound proofing between floors. The car park is extremely tight for space., and caused a flash point with the grumpy neighbour downstairs. Sadly his unkempt garden is an eye sore.
