We had difficulties opening and closing the four to the garage. Our remote was not functioning and the security staff were not always available to open.

Our stay at 1203 Cartwright was expectional! Check in was super easy and done in less than 10 minutes of our arrival. We were given clear instructions on how to get to our room and it was easy to find. The apartment itself was nothing short of amazing! The staff alocated to our room were super helpful, we literally didn't have to do a thing. Even though our host was not there physically, she made sure we felt at home and welcomed by ensuring everything we needed was there. Even on the day of checkout it was hard for us leave, as the apartment felt like home and comfortable. We look forward to our next trip to Cape Town, more especially coming back to this apartment.

The view was incredible! A view of all three mountain ranges! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated.

It took us quite a bit of time to locate the parking garages where we needed to park our car during our stay and once we arrived at the garage, we had to get out of the car to call security. It would help if in the future, all those details would be communicated to us before our arrival : )

Absolutely loved this property! We had someone that came to clean our apartment everyday. Changed our towels, sheets, added toiletries and coffee daily. We encountered a small electricity problem because of an old hairdryer and this was when I knew that we could not have asked for a better host. Charmaine was there as soon to help as I mentioned this to her. She dealt with this issue even though it was super late at night. She is the nicest person ever! The apartment also felt very safe with 24/7 security. You cant go inside the building with out a key tag or go up to the rooms w out a key tag. Highly recommend this place. 10/10!! Location was great too!
