Localização muito boa.

Quatro hospedes, apenas um lençol de cama. As crianças não tiveram roupa para o sofá cama. Ficamos três noites, pedimos reposição ao fim da primeira noite e não fizeram nada. Gel de banho com agua misturada. Poucas toalhas. Maquina de café danificada. Chaleira muito suja, com crosta. Muito barulho do bar que fica por baixo. Ficamos no apartamento 5. Capa do edredon da cama não foi lavada, com manchas e mau cheiro.

Sujo, sofá cama quebrado, discoteca não deixa dormir, péssimo atendimento

La ubicación

Sucio. Olor a humedad. Ubicado sobre un bar que abre a las 00hs así que imposible dormir. Música a todo volumen y gente gritando en la calle hasta las 5 a.m.

To be honest, whatever I could like was totally pulled down by the fact that the propierty was barely answering messages, and did nothing about the complaint about the noise. all they did was giving me earplugs, as if it will help with the sound.

Impossible to sleep. Do not rent there. There is a disco below the apartment, and your bed bounces with the beat. The disco opens EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. So it´s impossible to stay there at night.

I don’t even know where to begin, this stay was an absolute disaster, and I feel angry, exhausted, and completely deceived. We booked this apartment with high hopes and left feeling cheated, disrespected, and completely ignored. Let’s start with the most basic thing, the host. They were completely unresponsive. We called. We messaged. We waited. No reply. Not once. When things went wrong (and everything went wrong), we were left to deal with it ourselves. Then we walk into the apartment and get hit with the first lie, the listing clearly shows a private external bathroom. That’s what we booked. That’s what we paid for. What we got instead? A tiny toilet crammed inside the room As if that wasn’t enough, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Zero signal. And then we looked around. The place was a dirty, depressing mess. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were stained, dust in every corner, and a smell that just wouldn’t go away. It felt like we were staying in a forgotten storage unit not a place meant for guests. Trying to sleep? Not a chance. There was a bar or club right underneath the apartment, and the noise was unbearable. Music, shouting, bass until the early morning. Every Single Night We were exhausted, frustrated, and furious. And the size? Honestly, calling it - small - would be generous. The apartment was just tiny enough to accommodate a room for a bed and misery. It felt like we were trapped in a hot, noisy box of disappointment. This stay ruined our time in Madrid. We couldn’t relax. We couldn’t sleep. We couldn’t even breathe properly in that space. It was supposed to be a holiday, but it turned into a nightmare we couldn’t escape. Do not book this place. Ever. It’s a scam, it’s a health hazard, and it’s a shameful excuse for accommodation. If we could rate it zero stars, we would without a second thought….

Very cozy and recently renovated. Central position very close to everything

The apartment is located directly above a disco/club so pounding and loud music is heard from teh evening to 7 am (on weekend)
