SGTastefully renovated, well equipped, impeccably maintained. Feels like a nice hotel, looks even better than the photos. Convenient location between the desert and the wadi. Comes with all the necessary supplies. Each of the 2 rooms comes with its own bathroom and is a standalone building, so there’s extra privacy compared to a 2-bedroom apartment. Owner is responsive and friendly. Book without hesitation.
Adding a washing machine would make it perfect. Flies are a bit bothersome

ITBeautiful property in a quiet rural location, ideally situated halfway between Wadi Bani Khalid and the desert. The property is beautiful,clean and well maintained. Said is a kind host that will also give you great local advice! The last part of the road to reach the property is gravel but 4x4 cars aren't needed to reach it. We got there with a mazda6 rental (terrible off road capabilities) with no issues at all.

FRWe had a fantastic stay. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, the warm swimming pool was so lovely and the view of the surroundings is great. The hotel is located in an isolated area, so we enjoyed the calm and the good location 20min from the wadi bani Khalid and the entrance to the Wahiba desert.
DEBeautiful place with nice options to explore the area. The accommodation was our favorite during our stay in Oman. We definitely recommend this place. Because we forgot a charger the owner was very helpful and was organizing the return. Thank you so much!
