Retreat @ the Hills w/ Pets and Game Room

Location was excellent, staff was kind and helpful, faculty was lovely, surrounding area was very accommodating.

The small window unit in the bedroom didn't work, but appeared brand new and someone had removed the microwave rotor that turns the plate, so it didn't cook properly. The last day something happened to the hot water and it never would warm up all the way, but we were fine the whole time. The condo was lovely and the beds were comfy! It had everything we needed to have a fantastic stay! I think the repair man said he was taking care of everything and was very kind.

How clean it was,the convenience of not having to run to a laundromat, all the conveniences of home. Not having to be bothered by a Maid everyday.

We never called and asked either but never found any local television channels. We had all the apps we wanted. Not completely disappointed Watched a lot of Netflix during the little time we did.

Everything was clean and tidy! The host had the condo stocked with almost everything you could need! There is even a first aid kit stocked just in case! The water stayed warm for showers and drained well. It is close to the pool, the pickle ball court, and other outside activities. There is something for everyone! When I had an issue, she was very responsive and quick to get back to me and solve the problem. I would absolutely recommend this condo for a family looking for a place to stay!

The sofa bed was missing springs that attached the base, so it was hard to sleep on without falling through the frame. It's a simple fix that I'm sure she will have fixed for the next guest.

Traffic was light in this area. It was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds. Great condo with everything you need to feel at home.

The property was very clean. The area was very nice, quiet and peaceful.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was there was too many remotes for the TV

Very clean nice condo. It had everything you could need and some. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was really nice. The owner went out of her way to replace the coffee maker that wasn't working. Had a replacement in less then an hour.

Sofa bed my son slept on was in bad shape.
