Entirely Private Tiny Home - 1 Mile to UF

Cute and cozy. It was decorated nice. Super clean.

Street parking but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

There was a gate you opened to enter the property and then a code to open lock box for key. Very private, quiet and clean.

Only fits 2 people max. Otherwise it met our expectations. Taller people may have a hard time ducking under loft.

Property was perfect for our one night stay. It was quiet and private.

If I had to say anything, it was that we arrived late and it was a bit dark to see and find the lockbox. But I gather most would check in during the day and wouldn’t have an issue.

Great location- walking distance to UF campus. Immaculate accommodations - perfect for our quick visit.

Keys were conveniently located. No issues.

The following are not all 'bad' per se, just opportunities for improvement to make it more perfect. I had never used a lockbox before, so it took a minute to figure it out (that's one me). Also, there was something weird with the water - it sounded like the toilet was intermittently flushing or something was frequently refilling - not sure - perhaps a stand-alone water system repressurizing or refilling? Tiny homes are new to me, so may be part of the experience. Also, the plates on the right end of the shelf above the coffee maker (nearest bed) and to the right of the microwave were rattling/vibrating throughout the night. It took until the next morning to figure it out - they were like 1/4 inch from being perfectly flat on the shelf and I think this was the issue. Finally, the smoke detector flashes quite brightly in the dark. Understanding you're likely required to have it in there by law, perhaps something in between it and the bed would help reduce the flashing light? Maybe just stack something up on the shelf to that height? Can't quite remember if it is in direct line of sight of the bed - if that makes any sense.
