It was clean and comfortable and location was great

We had to make beds up, there was hardly any toilet roll and no kitchen essentials

The caravan itself was in excellent condition. No torn or tatty sections, well decorated and thought given to users as well as encouraging people not to be wasteful of energy usage. Parkdean facilities available for an extra charge and a beach a very short walk away. So close that we let our 11 and 14 year old children walk there on their own.

We paid for accommodation but then saw it didn't come with bedding or towels. The host stated firmly that bedding was not to be slept in without bedding, even though it wasn't included. I would have preferred to be charged £40 extra on the booking and then be offered a discount of £40 if we brought our own stuff rather than pay for the place and then be charged an extra £40 for bedding and towels. It's only a psychological change, not a financial one, but would have made a difference to me.

On arrival no hot water or heating/ gas had run out. Contacted reception who dealt with this very professionally. Would have been helpful to have information in folder of who to contact as we had not booked through Park
