Great location, felty homey and the views were stunning

Really secure property and had such a comfortable stay. Management were really responsive and friendly.

Had a couple of maintenance issues, it does need a bit of tlc in places but things were resolved really quickly.

Great Facilities in a great location. The hosting team was responsive and very helpful. Loved staying in Century City area, and felt safe, modern, and homely.

Sadly, the place wasn't clean and needs a DEEP clean, not just a surface clean. The carpets, floors, cupboards, and bathrooms all have old dirt sticking to it. Our feet became dirty from underneath from walking on carpets and tiles. Many things were stuck, like food droppings and sticky things in various places. Also, had quite a few cockroaches.

Location is good and it was clean.

Main bedroom: being close to water mosquitos were a problem (a flyscreen necessary) and noise from neighboring units rather loud. Second bathroom: needs a shower curtain. As a result all four of us had to use main bedroom shower. Sliding door doesn't lock. Kitchen: extractor fan light doesn't work making cooking difficult at night. Cupboard door hinges need fixing. No tongs available. The fan plug didn't fit the adaptor. Flat sheets would help for hot nights as we could not use the fan.

Quietness. Comfortable and good location.

Basins. Water from tap spill over basin. Patio windows cannot open.

Have black bags on hand. And maybe 2 extra towels. For kids if there are kids in the group.

This was a spacious apartment and we loved the outside balcony area, it was perfect for our needs and the parking and elevator were really helpful. Comfortable beds and sofa with a good kitchen.

To be honest, there was an issue with mould in the ensuite bathroom shower and toilet. There was also a bit of mould on the ceilings and in a corner. I kept the windows and doors open at all time for ventilation but after 2 weeks it was a bit much. I also felt the carpet needed cleaning and really regretted not packing some slippers or house shoes. Also, there is no air con. We asked for fans which were immediately provided, but only one correct plug power strip which made using both difficult. Lastly, as it is next to the water, there was a real issue with mosquitoes. Screens on the windows would really help.
