The location and the comfortable facility

The complex is under renovation and workers were right at my window, not allowing me any privacy, we had to keep the shutters closed all the time. The owner should have warned us that the workers were literally on top of us. The facility needs a broom, bin liner, and dishcloths, the front door was difficult to close, The place needs a long mirror close to the plugs. The light lamp doesn't have a 2-pin plug and the shades in the room are not practical you need to get up to switch it on and off. Otherwise, the place was ok

Location was good. Flat was comfortable

Because I arrived after checkin which I had notified them of this. The keys were left in a locked post box and the security guards had to get hold of coat hangar to try and retrieve them for me. No wifi or emergency lights during loadshedding

it was so clean, the view was spectacular! tranquility
