The hotel has a good vibe, simple neat and clean. The staff is sweet, especially Abhishek from the restaurant. We've visited for the 2nd time. In March we almost stayed for 2 weeks in room 304. But some things are not good.

The elevator has the most annoying, irritating, repetitively jazzmusic that goes on till the night. We had to request every evening to just shut down the elevator. It is traumatizing if you can't sleep. Every night someone was smoking for hours. The smoke entered the room and we are astmatic. They don't clean the floors well. They put a liquid cleaning agent on the floor and clean it with a dry towel. But it should be a wet towel. The cleaning agent stays on the flour, you can see marks and it stays dirty. When I walk bare foot, my feet are dirty. THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM, EVEN WHEN WE REQUESTED IT EVERY MORNING AND NIGHT!!!! WE SHOWERED EVERY NIGHT WITH COLD WATER. THIS WAS THE WORST PART!!!!! EVERY TIME SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE HEATER OR THEY JUST FORGOT TO PUT IT ON! Because of this, we are traumatized and don't want to go back. Even if the staff is great and the chef is great too.

Really good Hotel with modern Amenities, polite and genuine staff. I liked my stay here. It was very quiet and calm as well. Everyone was really courteous.

I feel there should be better breakfast options..whatever was there was good.

Close to airport

A bit slow luggage help & slow wifi, I told them last but no improvement

There was nothing extraordinary. It was a normal stay.

They charge even for the cutlery. 100/- per plate, which is really stupid. Who does that?
