brilliant location a lovely apartment will definately go back there

the only thing we did not like was having to pick keys up from booking.com office as we arrived late at night and we are in our 70s

Location is excellent, well furnished and equipped

The directions to pick up the keys are too vague 'Pick the keys up from our offices' all we got was 'collect the keys from the main benidorm booking office located on nivel de calle, Av. del Mediterráneo, 62 This is not as helpful as you think for visitors doing this for the 1st time Foreign addresses are often in an unfamiliar format Why not add 'Opposite the Casino' or provide another easily recognised building or landmark The deposit scheme operated by benidormbooking is also NOT made clear enough on booking.com

The views are fabulous The Building is secure and well maintained it has vehicle parking as well as parking and charging facilities for mobility scooters

The Bathroom and Kitchen are well equipped no hair dryer though. There are minor faults missing drawer handles and the sliding window tracks need a bit of attention but overall these are minor gripes and had very little impact on stay and we will certainly be looking to book again in 2024.

The property was lovely and clean,towels,bedding all there to hand ,they had a kettle,toaster,microwave,oven with hob full size fridge freezer The view was amazing and lovely patio furniture

The bed in the living room had a dip in the middle so could only sleep 1 because you just kepted rolling into the middle

I arrived at 10pm the reception office was closing I paid for am apartment for three people. Two single beds and two sofa beds however when we tried to arrange the sofa bed for the third person we discovered it was broken. I contacted the office in the morning after spending a night on a broken sofa both were broken. I was told someone would attend to repair it all that was done when I returned later was fix the cushions on the sofa. I have now spent four nights sleeping on the floor with a make shift padding from cushions. I have sent messages to reception daily and when I returned the keys today on departure I asked to speak with management. This is not allowed leave your email someone will be in touch.
