Classy Mission Beach Condo - 2Br Sleeps 7

We have stayed in this apartment with 6 persons for a week. First of all I would like to mention, that there are no beach supplies such as beach towels. This was mentioned in the rental agreement, but it is something I would expect in this location and for this price. Also it is important to know, that there is no washing machine or dryer. During our stay unfortunately 2 technical problems. The first one was a leaking on the ceiling from the apartment above. This was solved the following day. Three days prior leaving the sink in the kitchen was clogged. We had written several emails but did not receive a response. We asked for a refund due to these inconveniences. It has been assured by the site manager but we did not get anything. This is frustrating and gives the whole journey a bad touch.
