Everything, immaculately clean well equipped. Great location for the North Norfolk coast and pretty villages.

Location great, cottage had everything,

Stairs a bit tight to get upstairs. Not enough room for 2 cars at the back of the property. However quiet road so plenty of room for parking in the village.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at the cottage and once again it didn’t disappoint. Fantastic location and very comfortable.

There is no long mirror at the property, or mirrors in either of the bedrooms. Difficult to get ready in the morning as had to bring everything downstairs! Would also be useful to have a lamp in the second bedroom.

They said to use the wood burner rather than the heating but all the logs were wet

What a gem of a place! The kitchen and bathroom facilities had a beautiful finish which felt far more upmarket than your average short stay property. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we needed from the area during our two night stay and having free, easy to access parking was great. We checked in rather late but when we experienced an issue upon arrival, we contacted the owner and they dealt with things brilliantly. A true reflection of how running and managing a rental property should be done! By our second night we had made the decision to book again for our return trip to Norfolk in November and we’re already looking forward to our second stay!

It would be handy to have a mirror in the bedrooms for getting ready in the morning but other than that, we can’t fault our stay!

Beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean with excellent fittings.

You could do with a welcome folder that explains about the heating, log burner etc and you need to mention about the steep stairs.The toilet seat needs tightening. All these things are minor but would enhance the stay even more.

Car parking good. Very comfortable lounge. Good kitchen. Very good shower.

We could manage the stairs reasonably well as we are fairly mobile but they would be a real problem for someone who was less able - especially as bedrooms upstairs and toilet downstairs. Hanging space for clothes needed

The place is beautiful, kept really well, in a great location. The host is very friendly, always happy to help and easy to reach in case of emergency. Would recommend to anyone! We will be back again :)
