Serenity 06 House by Stay ici

Lovely decor. Great air conditioning. Very modern. Big fridge. Massive sofa and comfortable beds. TV. Very, very clean. Car parking space. Secure. Stunning view of the hillside opposite. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Easy for taxi's / Uber's to locate. Lots of seating areas. Indoor dining table and a large outdoor dining table. One balcony and one big sun terrace. Great management company (Stay-Ici) hosting the property, they were very helpful and trustworthy. We accidently ripped the insect gauze on the patio door / window and Stay-Ici still returned our deposit to us. We would love to return again.

- I had to pay a €300 deposit before we arrived. I was very cautious and concerned about this as I hadn't realised this was a condition of staying. Stay-Ici were transparent and honest and I did receive my full deposit back after a few days of returning home. I had been initially worried about their integrity - however it all worked out well. - There was quite a lot of pre stay admin associated with the management company and I felt this was quite laborious. - The management company only leave 1 bin bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. It's a relatively hefty price tag for the stay for such basic provisions. We arrived really late at night and had to go straight out to the supermarket for supplies in the morning as we ran out of everything by 8am! - The steps out of the private garden to the shared communal areas are quite uneven and steep, there are 5-6 of them. It was OK for us, but it would not be OK for my Dad who is in his 70's. There was an alternative pathway to the communal areas via the front door and a few hundred metres walk which would have suited someone who needed smooth walking and no risks. All the communal walkways were smooth and easy. It was just the ones out of the garden and straight to the pool area which were problematic. - The location is very quiet and peaceful, I was anxious about making too much noise. There were strict rules around noise and I felt I couldn't quite relax and let the kids frolic as the adjacent neighbours shushed my kids one day. We are respectful guests and are not too noisy - however this was something which I had to unnecessarily worry about. The apartment fits 6 and we had 6 guests.

Bon emplacement, la maison est agréable et moderne

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et rien n'a été fait pour la réparer. Certains matelas tachés devraient être changés. Pas de verres à vins. Vieilles poêles à changer. Remboursement caution pas assez rapide.

Majoituspaikka vastasi hyvin kuvia. Todella siisti ja mukava henkilökunta.

Allasalue voitaisiin kunnostaa, esim.aurinkotuolit vanhat ja kuluneet, eikä allasalueella ollut aurinkovarjoja lainkaan. Altaan vesi vähän suolaista, mutta tämä ei juurikaan haitannut kokemusta.
