The lady was very flexible and willing to help. Nice and clean apartment in a beautiful environment.

We used a sofa for sleeping as the bed was too soft and not very stable. I was scared to sleep on it. Everything else was just perfect.

Our stay in the mountain view was amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed readily available. The flexibility with check-in and check-out made our travel plans a breeze. Tamar, our host, was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to assist us.

The place has its own kitchen and there are nearby grocery stores.

We went there during summertime and there's nothing about the place that I didn't like.

View is lovely. Mini kitchenette was helpful and enough equipped. Washing machine along with detergent/dryer rack was also pleasant to have. Spar market 5 min away walking - great. Bus stop to Tbilisi is same 5 min walking. Host - is pleasant and sweet lady.

Check-in process was so confusing, receptionist told us that the apt 144 is under construction and it’s not possible to live there. He even called the owner and man told us the same. After we contacted property via the phone which been provided by booking - lovely woman came and took us to the property. I understand that it’s private property and not related to the Twins building itself, however it would be so much easier at least to hear from reception - wait till the owner of apt will come. Floor was so so much cold, and no carpet anywhere, even no bathroom rag provided. Quality of towels left for us - not good enough, it’s thin and chip. Bed along with bed sheets/pillow - not comfy and also quality is not good enough.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this host's apartment! Not only was the host incredibly friendly and helpful, but she was always available to assist with any questions or needs I had during my stay. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It was evident that a lot of care had gone into ensuring everything was in perfect condition. The view from the apartment was simply breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the mountains that left me in awe every time I looked out the window. The host truly went above and beyond in providing all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. From well-stocked kitchen supplies to a cozy and inviting atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I highly recommend it– the combination of a warm and welcoming host, pristine cleanliness, and a view that's nothing short of amazing made my trip truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay, this is the place to be!

Incredibly friendly hostess. Even without prior arrangement, she came for me by car and delivered to the hotel. And also on the last day she came for me and drove me to the bus stop. She made renovation in the rooms herself, and it is immediately clear that everything was done with love. There is everything you need and even more. Tea, coffee, sugar, sweet treats, all necessary dishes, a first aid kit with personal hygiene products, all bath accessories, a heater, a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner. Very comfortable bed. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. The hostess also works at the hotel with a luxurious spa, so you will have a 50% discount on your visit.

I came to Gudauri in the off season, which I highly do not recommend to you. The city looks like a ghost town, there are practically no people, constant fog and rain (due to the height), the lifts do not work, there is, in fact, nothing to do. In addition to the luxurious SPA and enjoying the mountains in complete silence :) The hotel is located in New Gudauri, so if you are without a car, you will have to walk 40 minutes along the serpentine to the SPA (and then the same amount up). It is extremely problematic to call a taxi in the off-season. Also, near the place of residence, I did not find a single working grocery store and restaurant (you need to go to all of them again along the serpentine). But all this does not concern the hostess herself and the place. I'm sure in season it's the perfect location close to the ski lifts and with the most amazing view of the mountain range!
