Era un buen lugar con muy buenas vistas, el apartamento estaba bastante limpio y completo. La piscina es bastante grande, pero muy profunda también, ideal si te gusta estar nadando todo el rato.

Hay un par de cucarachas pequeñas por la zona de los muebles, tanto de cocina como el armario. Aunque había un insecticida de spray para matarlas, es incómodo dormir o comer en un apartamento y verlas por ahí correteando, pero por falta de limpieza no es, el apartamento estaba bastante limpio. Por último la piscina se nota que le hace falta una pequeña reforma, la pintura en algunas zonas está despegada así que al pisar se nota, y en otros sitios está totalmente levantada y hace un poco de daño a lo mejor al apoyarte en las paredes de la piscina.

"An amazing apartment with great view, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the dunes."

The apartment is very nice, it has everything that we needed. It is on the 8th floor, so the view is amazing, you can see the dunes and the ocean.

La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. Ademas todo muy limpio. Televisión con netflix. Secador de buena calidad. Todo muy bien.

Las almohadas eran cogines, aconsejo pongan buenas almohadas, descansar bien es importante en las vacaciones. Habia pequeñas cucarachas a pesar de ser un 8 piso, pero por lo que tengo entendido, es en toda la isla de GC

Sea view

Owner lives next door, which is invasion into privacy. He had a lockbox, but he insisted on meeting in person and extremely angry after I was delayed by 15 mins The property on the top floor, the balcony door is not closing, I felt extremely unsafe and exposed! Anyone can reach out from the roof terrace easily. The owner was aware of the problem and did not fix it not for me and not for next tenant. The bed linen is terrible and overused in terrible condition, plus it is made from polyester.. After check out based on owner instructions- owner called me and shouted on me accusing that I changed the combination of the lockbox - I would not know how to do that !
