L'alloggio ben attrezzato. Ha tutto! Lavatrice funzionante, lavastoviglie, moka per caffè, pentole, asciugamani puliti, ma soprattutto il punto per gli spostamenti è perfetto. La fermata dei bus è alle spalle della struttura a pochissimi metri, sono 2 minuti a piedi. Puoi spostarti ovunque. A pochi metri c'è anche un minimarket ben attrezzato con cibo anche italiano. Luca gentilissimo, risponde subito ai messaggi per qualsiasi esigenza.

La casa era pulita, l'unico problema è che se rimanevano briciole di cibo trovavi le formiche ma in maniera limitata. Suppongo che la causa sia il non avere le zanzariere alle finestre. Ma non è stato un disagio perché bastava pulire ed era tutto ok. In cucina dove c'è il divano letto si dovrebbe mettere anche una tenda oscurante per poter dormire bene durante la notte anche quando sorge il sole. La tenda c'è solo nella camera da letto.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive throughout the entire visit. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, offering local tips and quick replies to any questions we had. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach, which was a big bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lokalizacja była bardzo mocna stroną, Na granicy Sliema St Julian, blisko głównej arterii komunikacyjnej ale jednocześnie izolowane o d zgiełku. Obok jest budowa, niektórym osobom może to przeszkadzać. Trzeba pamiętać że takie budowy na Malcie, szczególnie w centrum to aktualnie norma. Bardzo wydajne klimatyzacja w obu pomieszczeniach dająca wytchnienie przy upałach ok 40C. Kontakt z osobą opiekująca się obiektem natychmiastowy po kilku minutach była reakcja na każda wiadomość WUP.

Wybierałem obiekt pod względem ocen, które były powyżej 9. Brałem pod uwagę lokalizację i standard. Lokalizacja 10/10 ale standard oceniam jednak niżej ponieważ były mankamenty. Otwarta kabina prysznicowa była nieszczelna na łączeniu brodzika z dolną krawędzią ściany działowej. Dodatkowo odpływ był zbyt mało wydajny, lub lekki zatkany. Gdy 3 osoby brały prysznic w krótkim czasie, woda wylewała się na posadzkę. To nie było komfortowe ani bezpieczne. Poza tym niektóre elementy wyposażenia były już trochę zużyte jak na standard 9+. Przy tej cenie warto byłby to poprawić.

everything was great, a big surprise that there was even gel and shampoo and also detergent for washing. the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel bedding was wonderful! the bus stop very close. the location is ideal for sightseeing in malta or for remote work. great contact with the host who was very helpful.

Very convenient location ( close to airport, bus station, st Julian, restaurants, 15 min walk to the ferry for Valetta, etc). It was in a quiet building, street, area. The beds were comfortable, including the extensible sofa in the living room. As we visited in March, we didn’t need AC, as the temperature was perfect. We have received very fast and thorough instructions from Luca ( including recommendations for coffee, breakfast, tourist attractions).
