CAUnethical owner/manager. I booked this place last-minute--about two days before arriving. It was confirmed and payment was made. Then I got a message from the owner/manager that the other guests were "no shows," but now MIGHT show up. So to bear with him for a couple of hours. What? I couldn't cancel because I wouldn't get my money back, and his "two hours" was overnight. So I still didn't know less than 24 hours before travel if I had a place to stay or not. He didn't follow up--I had to basically saying, "I'm showing up--please let me know how to get in." This is abhorrent behaviour. I complained to Booking after the fact because a solo traveller is very vulnerable in these situations when the owner/manager can access the suite if they really wanted to. Yes, that's a worse-case and probably not realistic scenario, but when one behaves unethically to start, who knows where the line is they're willing to to cross. Second, there was an open package of raw salmon in the fridge when I arrived, making me question if the place had been cleaned after the previous guests or if this was a hiccup from the cleaning staff. Finally, the clothes drying rack was on the balcony with towels drying on it. So, not a huge deal, but if I wanted to use that balcony or the drying rack (there was a washing machine--a nice bonus), I'd have to move/fold laundry. Do I want to do that when travelling? No. There were other balconies, but the point to mention this is to show that the host seems a little unfamiliar with what hospitality is. This is simply a transaction to his benefit.

ESTodo perfecto! El apartamento es genial y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además la localización es inmejorable y el dueño muy amable. Si volvemos a valencia repetiremos alojamiento!
Nada, todo fue perfecto
FRL'emplacement est super car en plein centre de la vieille ville mais il y a trop peu d'équipements (pas de cafetière pour 4, pas de grille-pain, pas de bouilloire, pas de verre à vin....) et la rue est très bruyante à cause du kebab ouvert toute la nuit juste en face de l'appartement (pas de double vitrage, pas de volet). La deuxième chambre n'a pas de fenêtre extérieure, en revanche la lumière des escaliers de l'immeuble vient l'éclairer à chaque passage ! A signaler le bruit élevé de la VMC dans la salle de bain. l'appartement a besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation !
