5 Bedroom Getaway Villa - Kuta Regency B3

This is not your cookie cutter Bali villa, this is for the been there done that, can make your way about…. And want a great base to stay with friends or family … we had 5 ladies and had seperate rooms … almost own bathroom… and plenty of room to lounge about together… Clean, good amenities in the villa… fairly quiet area of a night etc…(excluding yapping dogs opposite the villa, who often barked at 630am - just after the owners went to work) 😢 but didn't go on for long (Ketut advised security over night / locals about during the day) 10 minute walk to laundry / circle K / local warungs / spas / main drag in Kuta (pops out near Discovery Mall) … Easy to navigate, safe walk all hours day & night … Ketut & Wayan are amazing property manager and cleaner / breakfast cook… Started our day off with local & western breakfast dishes… took care of our washing …. Offered information for local area, and had access to a driver. (Was offered for pickup / drop off at reasonable price) This is Bali…. Your house manager is like a concierge, if they can’t make it happen… chances are you shouldn’t do it… Can’t tell you the name but I also had a tattoo 2 mins down the road from the villa … fabulous price / great work / clean studio …. I’ve been told there are 2 villas in the complex… and given the amount of friends who have said they ar coming next year … we might need it 🥰 Thank you so much for a wonderful, a little off the normal track holiday… allowing us to choose where we spent our time : ) #girlsbalitrip2024

Leaving? *no a dislike for me, but be aware this is not typical tourist stay, i you aren’t after adventure & or enjoying what the locals have to offer….

Wow Wow Wow What an absolute find! We had the best time at this villa. On arrival at the airport we were met by the lovely Ketut who drove us the short drive to the property. This villa was just the best! Excellent size bedrooms with super comfy beds, excellent linen. Spacious living area with plenty of seating for everyone. The pool area was great, sunbeds, plenty of shade for those hotter times and outside bathroom so you don't need to go inside with wet feet. Scatter doors for the kids to close off the pool area. The kitchen had all the things we needed, and cold drinking water supplied - a bonus! The location a short walk to the beach and shops great cafe's/restaurants within 5 minute walk and Waterbom Park close by. We ordered dinner through Gojek a couple of times, easy to order and drivers found the villa easily. We had such a great stay, Can't recommend Kuta Regency B3 enough! Everything went very smoothly from booking with Lou right though to the airport drop off. We will be back for sure

It has two private pools and drinking water is provided for free. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

There seems to be a problem with cockroaches, especially in the downstairs bathroom and smaller lounge area. We didn’t see any in the rest of the villa. The drains are also quite smelly in the downstairs bathroom.

The breakfast pancakes are amazing, location the 2 pools and host/cleaner were beyond amazing
