CHThe location, the size and the garden were the highlight about this place. It has everything you need and the surroundings are pretty quiet. Furthermore the communication with Giovanni was easy and he was available during our whole stay.
CACAFirst and foremost the host Giovanni was always available and very responsive. The location was excellent. Directly across the street from the main bridge. The property was freshly restored but still has its historic vibe bring the best of two world together. The courtyard was a bonus to relax and have private outdoor space when taking a break from the busy city. It so close but just outside so not too loud. I will plan my next Verona visit around this property’s availability. Thanks again Giovanni

AUGBThe apartment was just like the pictures and description, beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean and with a lovely garden which added to the peaceful experience. It was in an ideal location for exploring Verona, just a few steps away from the views, history and romance of Ponte Pietra and the walk up to Castel San Pietro and more views. Our host Giovanni was extremely kind and welcoming, and made our stay even more relaxing by being so helpful, such as with arrangements and directions for our travel to and from the airport.

GBI liked nothing about this property it smelt of damp in the bedroom it’s really bad to inhale damp. Also mice running around
it smelt of damp in the bedroom it’s really bad to inhale damp. Also mice running around so we had to move the bed upstairs due to this damp Smell downstairs. I messaged the owner and expressed my concern with the damp smell and the mice. There response was to accuse me of burning a cigarette burn somewhere. But me and the 3 people that stayed don’t smoke cigarettes. Then the owner of the property accused me of having more then 3 people stay which was true and is asking me to pay them 150 euros. Trying to take money from me from taking lies
