The property was immaculately clean and well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The little extra touches like milk and bread, spreads in the fridge were thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. The host took pride in their service which we felt

Spacious, very well equiped (even a rice cooker) and comfortable, complete with a secure garage. Great for a long or short stay, the clothes washing machine/dryer is an excellent inclusion especially given Aucklands changeable weather. The location is almost perfect, there is no view but it is a short walk to the water front and the Takapuna shops. Being on a rear section it is very quiet.

Some lighter bedding would have been better given it was not cold. Even once one of the heavy feather duvets was removed it was still too much, however that was better than not enough bedding.

Location was perfect, everything as described was available, clean and comfortable. 10 min walk to beach, cafes and shopping.

Location is great, the place is very clean, everything a guest may possibly need is provided.

Parking is slightly tight, smallish bedrooms

Great communication with host, excellent location close to shops and food, and the place had everything we needed on hand. Heat pump kept the place warm in winter, and had thoughtful touches such coffee pods etc.

Pillows were a little hard for us, but there were plenty to choose from in the cupboards etc. No wash cloths, but luckily we'd bought some disposable ones.
