Cozy 3-Bedroom, 1-Bath Home Close to Fort Sill

The price was the only thing somewhat reasonable about this home.

This home did not meet expectations or descriptions at all. The property photos in the listing show a well maintained yard - that was not the case. The weeds/grass were nearly knee-high in both the front and back yards. The listing states a garden and seating to relax - there was no garden or seating. Instead, the back was overgrown and contained old wooden pallets and dirty mops/brooms. Every window in the home was dirty, and many contained either dead or living bugs trapped between the panes, as well as a few on the interior window sills. The blinds in the living room were broken so that you could see out without having to lift them, and most other blinds were either broken or bent as well. There were stains on the carpet, crayon on the walls, etc. The one room with a large standing dresser, the entire bed was broken and unusable. We believe the couch was broken too, but we could not confirm that - just that it was rather uncomfortable. This was all discovered our first night. The next morning, we woke to find a roach wandering around the bathtub. While the house was clean, it wasn't. I don't believe it is rented often or not checked in on often - there was a layer of dust on nearly every surface, and the dishes were "sticking" to the shelves. The property manager/owner was immediately notified of these issues upon check in. I have yet to receive a response from them to make any apologies, acknowledgements, or even a refund of some funds, even after multiple emails, including the photos as proof. The most I have received is "we will pass this along" and a 10% coupon code for my next rental of the same property - THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN! Stay away from this place, it is not what is advertised, nor does the owner/property management care about it or the renter - only the money they make.

Location. Our purpose for this stay was to attend my son's BCT Army Graduation & Family Day.

The house had a musty smell when we first arrived. The kitchen sink had a leak. The mattress had stains. The window seals were dusty with dead flies, the floors did not look mopped. It didn't feel clean.

Like: location..close to Ft Sill, there’s a group of cats living under the house! Dislike: Toothpaste glob left on shower wall upon arrival, garage smells like wet mold, no hand towel or wash cloth for kitchen or bathroom, found someone’s remains of a candy sucker stuck to side of couch. Suggestion: maybe I missed it but adding that it’s next to a super busy 4 lane road and sketchy neighborhood would’ve been nice.

5 MINUTES AWAY FROM FORT SILL, QUIET AND COZY PLACE, PERFECT FOR SMALL OR BIG FAMILIES, WIFI, TV, COMFY BEDS & KITCHENS SUPPLIES. MY FAMILY LOVE IT! DEFINITELY STAYING AGAIN.

A little bit of dust under one bed and other places but nothing that affects our stay.

The location was nice. The fenced in backyard was also great for the dogs. Inside was nice as well. Our contact was great with communication.

Neighbors were a little noisy. Mainly the 8 dogs behind the backyard. Road noise was pretty loud with the cars racing by. Still better than being in a hotel.

I liked that the kitchen had cookware and dining which was a lifesaver. My daughter is in the Army reserves and we came here for her graduation and the one thing she asked was for me to cook her a home cooked meal. The house was was spacious enough for the 3 of us.

The back yard wasn't to well kept. Their were a few flies in the house when we arrived and they were attracted to the windows in the living room. Every time we opened the blinds they fly out. Windows were full of bugs and not too clean. Everything else was clean and in order

The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable.

The house description is misleading. It says 3 bedroom 2 bath house but only had one bathroom.
