Property is relatively expensive, but that is a fact of Ouray. Pleasant setting with adjacent water stream. Excellent location. We had minor maintenance issue (water heater) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Location was good for our activities.

Coffee pot could have worked,, more coffee pods. Poor lighting in unit, missing light bulb in bedroom no hot water last morning there microwave not close to plugin TV's needed upgraded before use dishwasher missing piece on upper rack
