"Big and clean"

Everything was clean and modern, the resort was nice. Easy check in

Never met the host. Emailed and texted asking for late check out, but never got a response. Did not feel cozy! Signs everywhere about warnings for things you will be charged for if you do, such as getting a stain on towels or linens. The beds were super soft and very uncomfortable for all of us!
