Ideal location. Ample room, parts obviously recently modernised

1 bathroom\wc in a 4 bedroomed property was not adequate. An additional WC at least is necessary. Some cleaning only adequate (grill/oven smokey as needs deep clean.) Unseasonal inclement weather and central heating unavailable apart from log burner.
