Grand Apartment Next to Center 3bd 110sqm

It's a very spacious apartment and it had everything that you would need for a family vacation. Host was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice and pleasant stay.

Excellent ! The apartment is great, big and clean. You can find anything you need from coffee to shaving foam. The owner is very friendly and willing to help anytime.

It could be difficult to find a parking place because the streets are narrow and very crowded.

Apartamenti ndodhej mjaftueshem larg prej qendres dhe ka veshtiresi ne gjetjen e vend parkim makine. Detyrohesh ose te parkosh ne rrugen kryesore ose shume larg per te gjetur vendparkim me pagese. Numri i telefonit funksiononte vetem si whatsapp e ne mungese te internetit telefonate te drejperdrejte me ate numer telefoni nuk mund te kryhej. Faleminderit komshiut ne katin e pare, i cili na ndihmoi per te kontaktuar nepermjet telefonit te tij, nepermjet nje tjeter numer telefoni qe ai dispononte. Rekomandojme update te fotove lidhur me arredimin e sallonit:).;)

We stayed at Mr. Marios' place for 6 nights. He is an extraordinary person who responded to all our questions as quickly as possible, provided directions, and gave us great suggestions. We had a serious issue with our car, and he helped us until it was resolved. He even took time out of his own schedule to drive us around the entire city in his personal car until we managed to fix our problem. He is an exceptional host, 10 out of 10. I highly recommend him! The apartment was very clean when we arrived, very spacious, and there were over 10 bottles of water in the fridge from him. He also left us fruits, nuts, tea, and coffee. He was very attentive! I 100% recommend both the accommodation and Mr. Marios!

Six of us enjoyed a lovely time in Thessaloniki. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and confortable apartment near to the center, had everything we needed. Washmachine was a plus, as It was very hot and we needed to wash a few clothes. Air conditioner in the living room and air fans in the rooms, we slept very well despite It was very hot outside. Host received us with cold water in the fridge and some apetizers, very nice, I recomend It.

Free parking in the street, we had to look for a free place, but at the end we found one Next to the apartment.

Everything was great, Mario the Host was very friendly and helpfull. In the fridge, was water from the house and he turned on the AC to be a nice cool temperature.

The apartament is very nice we were 7 people of which 4 of them were couples so there were 3 separated rooms in every room there is a fan and in the main hall there is a ac so its gets the job done in terms of coolnes in the apartment in the hot summer days. The host Marios was a very polite and nice person he even filled out the fridge with water bottles and other stuff for free as a gesture of welcoming.Overall very happy with the place i will give it 8.5/10

The downside was that it can get tricky with the parking around the area specially on the weekends , as well as that the apartment its self is around 20-30 min away waking from the city centre. Also be aware of the quite hours.
