"Happy stay! Nice memories!"

When we were on the way to Batu Ferringhi and were wondering where to kill time cause we would be early by nearly one and a half hour. Then I suddenly realised that I should check my phone for messages. Yay, Evelyne had text me saying we could have an early check in for free. Thank you! The location of By the Sea is right at the Ferringhi Bay, convenient marts and restaurants are just within walking distance. A lot of activities are at the seaside. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious, beds are comfy and clean. Two ensuit bathrooms are clean. 👍 The washing machine and the dryer were exactly what we needed after the tracking at the Taman Negara Penang. 👍 The seaview is exactly as advertised. Overall, all of us enjoyed the stay in this unit. Will stay again if we revisit this area.

The living room's floor is rather dusty. Not a big issue. We DIY with broom and mop before we really settled down.

Very clean and nice house. Location near beach and food stall. Recomended for family stay.

Only sign for muslim prayer dont have but overall its nice place to stay.

We like the perfect location and facilities of the unit, clean and spacious for family of six peoples. Sea view and accessible to the beach for enjoyment of water sports and F&B there.

Can put more furniture and house decoration to make the unit more cozy and home feel.
