Situación perfecta para ver Madrid, está a 1 minuto de Callao y la Gran Vía, 5 minutos de la Puerta del Sol y 7 y 8 de la plaza Mayor. Nosotros cogimos un apartamento de 2 habitaciones amplias, cocina y baño completo. Todo muy limpio, con toallas y todos los servicios.

Easy communication and very responsive staff. Location.

I didn’t understand how this property gets 8.9 in booking. The property was in an old building, no problem; but there was no reason to be dirty. Two of the three AC didn’t work the first night we arrived, and since we arrived late (they also charged us for late arrival without early notice), we had to ask for technician the next day (luckily nights in Madrid had already turned cool). Next day we were told these AC didn’t work properly due to lack of cleaning, and it was quite obvious by taking a look at those dust from last century. There were also dust and dirt in places like cups, glasses and handle of oven, the sofa and the table might be clean but just looked filthy with stains that couldn’t be moved. The other day the ceiling above the kitchen started to drop water, then the ceiling in the bathroom as well. In a word, the apartment had everything in the photos but definitely felt nothing like them.

Air con being available. Transport amazing. Sufficient space for everything. Sufficiently clean.

We had to buy our own shower gels and paper rolls as it was provided for the first day as a courtesy. Our stay was seven days for a family. It isn’t a problem, but it would be nice to know beforehand that we had to prepare for this. Some of the other accommodation would provide sufficient toiletries. Noisy at night, unsuitable for those sensitive to sounds.

Great location.

Leave the floor cleaner, it had lot of dust in the corners when we arrived. And the shower isn’t draining water properly.
