Cozy Home - Close to River - Easy Parking

When we arrived the place was really welcoming, everything was spotless. The bed and armchair were really comfy, the bath was a nice size and the place was equipped with everything anyone would need. Washing machine, equipment for cooking, hair dryer. The room had both blinds and curtains so we could sleep in almost perfect darkness. There was also a guide with useful information for guest about Budapest, recommendation for sightseeing and for trying out the local cuisine.

The walls were thin so we could hear all the grandchildren visiting their grandparents next door. The toilet was really cold, I would have expected a rug to make it feel warmer. We also ran out of toilet papers on the last morning, and we couldn't find more anywhere. As helpful the owner was, I'm sure we could have asked for more, but we didn't want to trouble them one hour before leaving the apartment.

The bedroom was very nice, also the mattress was very comfortable

The bathroom had the boiler in the middle of the bath tub, and the bath tub also came without a shower curtain. The kitchen was a bit dirty, we had to clean it before starting to use it. In general the appliances were a bit outdated, no kitchen hood and no dish washer.

The room was spacious, and I managed to access it even after arriving past the stated check-in time. The instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to the bus stop so convenient, though far from the main tourist spots if you want to walk, but good for me.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and it was stained. Some dishes in the kitchen were not very clean.

The bedroom is modern and very big just as pictured.

Dirty when arrived, had to clean kitchen myself before we could use it comfortably, hairs and dust on most surfaces. Much more dated and worn than expected and the toilet separate from bathroom had smell and no ventilation.

It was a really nice place to stay during the Sziget festival, which was about 30min walk. It was a descent place to sleep, cook and relax.

The absence of air conditioning was the only problem. We went there in August, during a heat wave, and the warm during the day was not so pleasant.

The location is about 25-min drive from the city center, conveniently close to a Lidl shop and an OMV petrol station. The apartment was spacious enough and clean, and it had all the basic ammenities for a short stay. I never met the owner, but his instructions were very clear as to how to get the key and make the payment for the parking. There are some parking places in the street close to the building, you just need to use the Simple by OTP app for easy payment for the parking all around Budapest.

- Being on the last floor (third floor), the air in the apartment was very hot, but leaving the windows shields down all day helped it become more bearable to breathe. There is no air conditioning and unexpectedly, no TV-set either. - It would have been useful if the building had an elevator, especially if you need to carry heavy luggage. - The location is far from the tourist area, it's not that convenient to come back late at night if you use the public transport.

It’s is good and clean apartment and very warm.

Everything was okay except we didn’t have an iron.
