The small sofa wasn't too comfortable

It was clean, modern and comfortable.

I would not recommend this property if you want to sleep at night. There is a mechanical noise that sounds like a lift, some kind of engineering mechanism in the next door it goes off roughly every fifteen minutes!!! Very very annoying.There needs to be a number on the door as we could not find the property.

The apartment has a living room with a double bed, a kitchen, a table, a wardrobe, a telly, air conditioning, towels and bed linens, and a sofa. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The place is clean and with all the furniture (toilet paper and soap for the bathroom and kitchen towels and dishes for the kitchen). Wifi is available too. It is located in an old part of the city and on the ground floor with the door in front of the street, but it's a secondary street, and during the night there wasn't particular noise coming from outside. Being in front of a street, I did not open the window frequently. It is located in the center-south part of the city but the bus to go to the center is literally around the corner. Lidl is close by too in case you need to buy something. Marcos the landlord allowed me an early check-in (3h before) and a late checkout (1h after), so thanks to him. It was a last-minute booking and the price was reasonable compared to the other apartments listed on booking.com
