Great location. Communication from management was excellent! Loved our apt. 2nd year in a row we loved everything.

Very cool place in a great spot! This rental is in a pretty good location, with the Metro station literally right next door—perfect if you prefer public transportation like I do. You’re just outside of downtown, right next to a park that’s great for hanging out, and it’s an easy trip into the city or to the baseball stadium. The space itself was fantastic—great kitchen, comfortable living room, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. I had a really good time here! One highlight was renting a bike from Urban Shark Bicycle and exploring St. Louis. Riding through the Botanical Gardens, visiting the Basilica, and making a few brewery stops made it an unforgettable trip. Highly recommend!

Suggestions: It would be nice to have a tea kettle. Turn down the air conditioner at night if you like it quiet during sleep, was a little noisy for me.

Very comfortable bed and great space to store clothes, etc. Bathroom nicely appointed and great shower. Comfortable lounge. The loft style was just lovely.

A small lounge chairand small and a small table by the window with 2 chairs would also be nice. Still new but needs instructions on how use appliances, air con. Information on places of interest, restaurants and supermarket & pharmacy would be helpful too. The worst part was that Booking.com did not ensure our emails were sent onto the property.

Beautifully maintained. Easy instructions for check-in and out.

The security. There were lots of cameras all over. Well lit and great secure parking.
