Ho soggiornato in questa casa a San Benedetto per 6 giorni. La posizione è ottima, ben collegata con il mare, i negozi e la stazione. La pulizia era accettabile e l’appartamento disponeva di tutto il necessario: lavatrice, phon, aria condizionata e altri comfort molto comodi. Consigliata per chi vuole soggiornare durare una vacanza una questa zona

Tra le note negative, la zona di notte può essere un po’ rumorosa, soprattutto perché c’è un bar proprio sotto casa. Inoltre, l’allarme interno della casa, collegato al rilevatore del gas, suonava improvvisamente senza apparente motivo, creando fastidio e obbligandoci a lasciare le finestre aperte. Una sera ho contattato il proprietario per avere chiarimenti; ci ha risposto solo dopo diversi messaggi.
