Everything was great. I had no fault with the property.

Grande maison tout confort au coeur de la jungle. Une grande piscine commune, une aire de jeu pour les enfants. Notre fils a adoré ! Excellent rapport qualité prix

I like the property and the village which was great distribution ,own parking lot,kitchen facilities,basic kitchen utensils,in general it was good place to stay,we was 2 days,personal staff was very kind they explained everything and give us some advice for the beach club,which was very quiet to relax on the dock and listen the water from the lagoon,is was more like a galmping with cabins,the hotel give some day pass and we didn’t pay for entrance,they offer laundry service for $50 pesos,pool are great on the property to refresh from the heat .

Didn’t like the way to get in to the property,bumped road and little bit far from the main road,in the jungle basically,not to close to bacalar town about 20 minutes drive,not tv on the bedrooms ,bed not very comfortable to sleep,WiFi some times failed,the cut the hot water 2 hours before our check out,mosquitos it the area we recommend use mosquito lotion,beach club isn’t a beach,i a camping places who’s let it is in to use the dock for a swimming,they offer a restaurant service very limited food options,far from the property about 10 minutes drive,not a very good road,but the view of the lagoon is gorgeous,

Zeer mooie en ruime villa. Goede en vriendelijke service bij de receptie. Villa ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van het centrum. De omgeving is fijn en zeker een aanrader!

Hele fijne villa's in de buurt van Bacalar. Modern, schoon en een fijn zwembad. Je hebt wel een eigen auto nodig om er te komen.

Mitten im Regenwald gelegen, etwas abseitz vom See

Logement moderne, propre, très bien équipé, spacieux, idéal pour notre famille. Bonne literie, personnel accueillant et serviable. Nous avons apprécié la salle de gym, la piscine, le petit magasin d'appoint et aussi l'accès au beach club sur le lagon.

Tout était parfait. Dommage que nous ayons dû réclamer les 100USD de caution qui n'ont pas été remboursés automatiquement. Cela a été fait après réclamation.

The apartment was beautiful, large, clean and well maintained with everything you needed to self cater. Air-conditioning worked well and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. We really liked that drinking water and ground coffee were provided. The pool area is fantastic with a large clean pool. The music drove us slightly mad when we arrived but the staff kindly turned it off so we could relax and read our books with just the jungle sounds. The hotel offers a washing service which ended up being cheaper and easier than the laundry service we had used in town previously. There is a small shop with basics and pool towels can be hired. They provide a great information card with some excellent restaurant recommendations, trips etc. Communication was really good before and during our stay. The hotel is calm and relaxing with a fantastic staff team on duty 24hr. We loved our stay here.

The location is just a bit too far from town which meant we ended up eating in more than we intended. The beach club at the end of the road is ok but quite basic (although food was good). We stayed for 6 nights and there is no option to exchange towels during stay without paying for new ones. We ended up paying for them to wash their own towels in a service wash and give them back to us - when staying that long at least one towel exchange should be included!

Prachtige villa's, ruim, lekker zwembad en water en koffie was aanwezig, 10 min rijden naar centrum bacalar

Het heeft geen directe toegang tot het meer en je kunt het meer niet zomaar op (moet eigenlijk overal via een prijzige beachclub of restaurant), je kon wel gebruik maken van de beachclub een stukje verderop maar die was niet zo mooi. Er werd in de 4 nachten dat wij er waren niet schoongemaakt tussendoor. Je zit in de jungle dus het is eigenlijk altijd vrij donker en vochtig buiten.
