Chic Beach Apartment - 3 min to the Beach

The condo apt is very spacious 2 BDS 2 baths modern and clean Quiet gated with 24 hr friendly security. Walking distance to beach and NoVa beach club where you buy food and drinks and can use their day beds and beach chairs. Bavaro beach is amazingly beautiful. Busy with many tour boats. You walk through locals market to reach the beach. Bibijuagua market. Supermarket for groceries is not walking distance but tuktuks "Poppy's" are on the street to take you, or a taxi. Ask the price before you ride! The condo has a nice garden and pool. Quiet tenants. This unit is not in front of the pool. But still quiet and relaxing for a mature couple. Lorenzo was pleasant and professional.

Really I have no negative comments. We enjoyed.The condo was very comfortable. Nice big comfy king bed and a/c if you need it. The other bedroom has two big double beds. Nice decorations.. Also kitchen amenities like coffee maker, microwave etc. A couple of beach chairs would be a bonus. They did provide beach towels. It met our expectations except the unit is not in front of pool. But very close you can see from patio.. Other than that. We Would recommend.

Great location, nice and clean pool, spacious parking. The cleaning lady was very sweet and welcoming.

I liked the unit - simple Chic. Full kitchen was nice. No bugs except for one found dead.

Maybe Add a Blanket Or Two - kitchen towels, washcloths.

Amazing location. 3 minute walk to the beach, easy to get around, the hosts are expestional and the apartments are clean and quite. I highly recommend to book the chef for the most amazing meal. I think for my kids that was the highlight of the trip having a private chef cook us the most amazing dinner we have had.

There's nothing not to like about the apartment or hosts.

The place was amazing!! Great location, very nice and big, very clean.. had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning.. affordable! nice and cool with air conditioning in all rooms, only a 3 minute walk to the beach front, very safe and secure a guard watching the building at all times and the owner Lorenzo was very helpful, if you needed anything at all he was quick to reply with the answers, I highly recommend this apparently and I'm definitely going to be renting from him again when I go back .. the pool and hot tubs were a huge bonus for nightly swims .. I just loved everything about it, 2 thumbs up!!! Great place to rent for you and your family or just a couple of friends 💯 worth the stay!

I have no complaints, I loved this place!! And I'm fussy about where I stay, but this place is definitely worth it and very affordable
