Camelia Bldg, Groundfloor, 3 min to beach

L'emplacement c'est propre mais il y a une fuite d'eau quand on se douche au niveau de la marche c'est dangereux j'ai glissé. La fuite est là depuis longtemps les joins du carrelage sont décolorés

A notre arrivée on m'a demandé en espèce 42 € supplémentaire pour une taxe de l'etat mais je lui ai demandé un justificatif qu'il ne m'a pas fourni et j'ai demandé une facture que j'attends encore

Le faite que ce soit un appartement proche de la plage et toutes commodités . Il était fonctionnel !

Le lit était inconfortable, l’insonorisation, et l’écoulement au niveau de la cuisine ! Ménage à améliorer

Brown water leaking from the bathroom into the kitchen, which can get messy. Did bring this up to the owner but nothing done

Good location. Everything was catered for , iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.

Perhaps a chair on the patio would have been nice.

It had everything you need in an apartment. Everything was relatively new and in good condition. The location was great. Quite but only a few minutes away from the closest beach.

The pool was extremely dirty but we anyway did not plan to use it. No point when the beach is so close. The smell in the apartment was initially extreme... We found many naphthalene balls and disks here and there. We understand that they were there most likely there to keep the insects away but we had to collect them and keep them outside while we stayed there to keep the odors inside bareble and not to mention that longer exposure to naphthalene can cause very serious health issues. After removing them everything was OK and acceptable. At the end we placed everything back to where they were before when leaving... I would suggest for the owner to use something alternative instead in the future not just for odors but for safety reasons too.
