"wouldn't stay again! would not recommend to anyone"

damp in the ceilings, 1 window couldn't be opened and was stuffed with paper to stop any draft. the customer service was extremely poor

The apartment was great.

Amount of stairs. Sofa was on its last legs. No instructions for stove or washer. No plug on kitchen sink. Fire alarm broken

Great location. Spacious rooms. Very clean.

Could have done with some more cleaning products, sponge etc. It was very warm and with one of the windows unusable it wasn’t ideal. Only minor things!

"well needed chill out time and The surfers Loft provided all of the comfort to make out time an experience to remember."

4 flights of stairs(56 in all). But it was well worth the effort!

Liked the location and the apartment,was a lot of stairs for us and a 4 year old to climb.

Would be happier with a fire escape,as we were on top floor.
