Watford Group Home - Near Harry Potter & Train

This apartment was very well located in the centre of Watford-a very easy walk to huge shopping centre and a little further (17 minutes) to the free shuttle bus to Harry Potter from Watford Junction. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and a car park close by. I recommend the Puttshack for crazy golf as this was excellent entertainment for our 4 kids before we went to the Warner Brother studios in the afternoon. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had no problem making breakfast for all 8 of us. There are 2 bathrooms which is essential when you're a big group. The beds were really comfortable. The hosts were in contact throughout and resolved any issues straightaway (my booking was cancelled because I hadn't updated my card!). Information provided before the stay was exceptional. If visiting again I would absolutely stay here.

Pěkný, plně vybavený dvoupatrový byt, 3 ložnice, pohodlné postele, 2 koupelny, obýváková část, pračka, sporák, k dispozici fén, drobné občerstvení "na přivítanou", v okolí velké množství obchodů a restaurací, cca 15 minut chůze k nádraží Wattford Junction. Perfektní komunikace s pronajímatelem, dostatek informací i tipů.

V koupelnách trochu plíseň, ale je to dané dobrým utěsněním oken i ostrovním klimatem. Téměř nepřetržitě hučí vzduchotechnika z vedlejší restaurace, naštěstí je u kuchyňské části, takže spánek v ložnicích vůbec neruší.

Space and clean

Both showers were not great esp the 1 at top. For a group there was only 3 cups. No handwash.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable .

Facilities could be improved a little, although the host was made aware and eager to rectify

Nicely furnished, nice comfy beds, clean and tidy.

Location, like living in a third world country.

The property was perfectly located for train links into London and proximity to Harry Potter Studios. It had everything we needed and was lovely and clean.

The only bit of feedback was that it sleeps 8 (we were a party of 6) and there wasn’t enough seating for us all at the dining table.

Perfect comunication with owner. Very well situated near the Watfort Junction train station. Many restaurants all around. Well furnished and sufficiently equiped.

So much noise pollution from surround building. Lack of cups for tea. some broken electric appliances.

Great location, easy to pick up keys, clean interior, loved the layout, spacious and sleeps 7 comfortably. Hosts very friendly via e-mail.

Dishes and cutlery not very clean, one fan not working properly, several lightbulbs out, upstairs shower door not fixed on properly so quite precarious, same shower had very poor pressure/cut out a lot, noisy location (takeaway air vents outside upstairs window), blinds do not block out light well.

Skvělé ubytování, super komunikace s hostitelkou. Nádherné ubytování a perfektní vybavení.

Vše bylo skvělé :)

Poloha a čistota.

Smrad z restaurací, bez klimatizace, takže bylo nutné mít otevřená okna, neustálé pípání detektoru kouře.
