This is our family vacation home, so we ask that you treat it as you would treat your own. Here are our house rules: 1) Absolutely no smoking of any substance anywhere on the property – inside or out. 2) No parties. This is a family home in a residential neighborhood. We want our guests to enjoy time with family and friends, but we cannot accommodate more than 10 people on the property at a time, and no guests are allowed in the home beyond those listed by name on the Rental Agreement. 3) No pets. We love animals, but sadly due to family allergies, we cannot allow pets of any kind in the home. 4) No firearms, fireworks, candles or other hazardous materials. For safety, none of these are permitted on the property. 5) The host may use exterior security cameras to monitor activity outside of the home. 6) Confirmed Guests will be required to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. Thanks!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
